SAF/CDM ServiceNow Licenses

This is not a request for quotes. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The Secretary of the Air Force Concepts, Development, and Management (SAF/CDM) intends to issue a firm fixed price purchase order to Carasoft Technology Group for ServiceNow(R) licenses and maintenance. Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation (DFAR) 208.74 Enterprise Software Agreements mandates the use of the Department of Defense Enterprise Software Initiative (DOD ESI) Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) for the acquisition of commercial software. This is not a solicitation. Please do not submit capability statements. A Limited Sources Justification will be posted within 14 days of award.
