70 -- Media Inventory Management System (MIMS) and Visual Information Source (VIMS) Software Maintenance

Note 22 applies. The Government intends to negotiate a purchase order with CC Software of Salt Lake City, UT for maintenance of their Media Inventory Management (MIMS) and Visual Information Source (VIMS) software that was created for the Defense Visual Information Center (DVIC). The order will include 50 hours a month of software maintenance and up to four trips annually for emergency repairs on site. Interested parties may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
