The Marine Corps Installation East (MCIEAST) Contracting Office, Camp Lejeune, NC 28547 intends to award a sole source contract to VISUM SOLUTIONS INC, 5001 WEST 80th STREET, SUITE 655 MINNEAPOLIS, MN 55437 for QPR Balanced Score Card Software and Annual Support and Maintenance Renewal for QPR Software-Scorecard for one (1) Server, one (1) Web Server, six (6) Dev. Clients, and one hundred forty (140) Browser Clients to support Marine Corps Base Telephone Facilities, Camp Lejeune, NC 28547 pursuant to FAR 6.302-1. This notice is for information purposes only and is not a request for quotation. No solicitation document is available and telephone, fax, or e-mail requests will not be honored. No contract will be awarded on the basis of offers received in response to this notice. A determination not to compete this proposed contract based on this notice is within the discretion of the Government.
