The Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives intends to negotiate on a sole source basis with LabLynx, Inc. of Atlanta Georgia for one copy of the LABLynx Forensics LIMS version 6.x software, one year of maintenance, support, system installation, server set-up, and system configuration migration from the Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives Lab in Ammendale Maryland to the Tax and Trade Bureau Lab in Ammendale, Maryland. The number of concurrent users is unlimited. The only known source for the LABLynx Forensics LIMS version 6.x software is LabLynx. Alternative software will not be considered. This is not a request for quotes. This notice is for informational purposes only. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. This procurement is a total Small Business Set-Aside. Award will be made utilizing the simplified acquisition procedures under FAR Subpart 13.5. Contractor shall comply with Section 508 of the Rehabilitation Act as amended in 1998.
