Alloy Navigator

The Naval Surface Warfare Center, Carderock Division, Philadelphia intends to procure Audit License for Alloy Navigator system and components. The Alloy Navigator system and components are being procured on a sole source basis from Alloy Software of nutley, NJ. The proposed contract action is for supplies or services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under authority of FAR 6.302.
