The reason for this amendment is to change the requirement from a 5 yr IDIQ type contract with min/max quantities to a 5 year requirement type contract with no min/max quantities. Required delivery with First Article is 413 Days After Contract Award (DACA). The First Article test is due 263 DACA. Required delivery without First Article Testing is 275 DACA. This requirement is restricted to GE Aviation Systems LLC (CAGE: 35351) because the data needed to purchase this part competitively is not physically available, it cannot be obtained economically, not is it possible to draft adequate specifications. Adequate technical data is not available for this acquisition. All offerors must meet prequalification requirements in order to be eligible for award. Firms that recognize and can produce the required item described above are encouraged to identify themselves.
