Amendment 1 19 August 2004 Combined synopsis/solicitation requisition number FOAMSS41770400 CLIN 0001: Of the 94 reproductions, approximately 67% should be in the size range of 28 inches by 40 inches. The other 33% should be in the 20 inch by 30-inch range. These sizes don’t need to be exact, (+/- 2 inches). There will be no duplication in the 94 reproductions. CLIN 0002: Change the number of original pieces from 14 to 13. Limited Editions are acceptable (maximum 5000). Please note limited or original in your bid. CLIN 0003: The sculpture will also be known as an original piece. (Total of CLIN 02 and CLIN 03 = 14 originals pieces) Instead of 12 inch by 12 inch squares arranged three across and three down, it should be 12 by 12 inch squares arranged five across and two down. (total of 10 pieces) The total width of this original should not exceed two inches from the wall. This original will be installed horizontally on a long wall in one of the conference rooms. The following information applies to CLINs 01 and 02: Color Scheme: The command section colors are manufactured by Tektura Wall coverings. The upper half of the room is called Pacific Grey and the lower is Purple Night. The requirement is for 11 originals/limited editions, 1 sculpture/original and 2 reproductions in this area. The other areas of the building are papered with a cream shade titled Dakota Gold Dust. Frames: Brushed silver aluminum Glazing. Non-glare Plexiglas is acceptable, please note in the bid. Matting. Single three inch matting. The following information applies to all: Delivery and Installation: Security. Hidden anti-theft wall hanging devices. Walls are cinder block and plaster board.
