Pre-solicitation Notice This is a Pre-solicitation notice for an upcoming air conditioning repair and preventative maintenance requirement for all the Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning Systems (HVAC) systems at Marine Corps Tactical Systems Support Activity, (MCTSSA) Camp Pendleton, CA. U.S. Department of Labor Service Contract Act Wage Rates will be applicable. A draft Performance Based Work Statement (PWS) and Quality Assurance Surveillance Plan will be available on 18 December 2003. A site visit and equipment inspection will then be conducted at the following time and location. All respondents are encouraged to attend.
