76--2012 Online Library Journal Subscription Renewal

This posting consititutes the United States Academy's notice of intent to award, on a sole source basis, a purchase order to IHS Global, Inc, 110 N. Royal Street, Suite 200, Alexandria, Virginia 22314-3240, for 2012 Online Library Journal Subscription Renewal at West Point. The anticipated requirement includes (1) Defense Equipment & Technology, (2) Military & Security Assessments, (3) Defense Industry & Markets Intel, (4) Terrorism & Insurgency Center Web, (5) Transport Library Web, (6) Air-Launched Weapons Image Library, (7) Land Systems Image Library Web, (8) Military Aircraft Image Library Web, & (9) Warships Image Library Web. The period of the subscription will be 9/6/2012 to 9/5/2013. The estimated award is $85,739.74. The statutory authority for other than full and open competition is 10 U.S.C2304(c)(1), only one responsible source and no other supplies and services will satisfy agency requirement. The applicable NAICS code is 511120 and the size standard is 500 employees. This notice of intent is not a request for quotation or a solicitation of offers. See numbered Note 22. Insert two days in lieu of 45 days in Note 22. A determination by the Government not to compete this requirement upon receipt of response to this notice is soley within the discretion of the Government. There will be no soliciation available.
