Mission and Installation Contracting Command, Fort Hood, TX intends to award a sole source purchase order to Dynatouch Corporation, 9901 Broadway St Ste 115, San Antonio, TX 78217-4916 for the following package to include: One each TIPS Internet Kiosk (Army Web Portal Configuration); Hardware: Enclosure: Metal kiosk enclosure with powder coat finish (countertop model); Standard powder coat colors; Amplified dual-speaker sound system; External audio headset connector; All data and power cables, surge suppressors, vents, fans. Monitor: 19" LCD monitor, 19" touch screen and controller, USB interface; 19" polarizing/privacy filter for monitor. Processor: High-speed Intel processor with integrated hard drive, video, sound, network interface, CD/DVD drive (Windows XP, Vista or 7); 802.11g wireless connectivity. Peripherals: Rugged keyboard w/trackball; DoD approved CAC reader w/ custom bracketing. Warranty: One-year hardware warranty. TIPS Kiosk Engine Software; TIPS Internet/Intranet Security Module; TIPS Remote Monitoring Module Hardware/Software/Content Integration & Testing: Pre-installation hardware QA/QC - Pre-installation software/content QA/QC. 1st-Year Service & Support Package (Platinum, On-Site), Includes: Core Support: Software Assurance/Maintenance, Help Desk Support, Subscription to Web-Based Customer Service Center. Extended Service Package for Kiosks Above (Yrs 2-3, Platinum, On-Site) 1 Each VS-3Y - Core Support. New system must be compatible with the current systems operating on Fort Hood. This acquisition is conducted under the provision of 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1) as implemented by Federal Acquisition Regulation 6.302-1, Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) for this requirement is 334113 with a small business size standard of 1,000 employees. All responsible sources may submit a quotation, which shall be considered by the agency. This notice of intent is not a request for quotes; however, interested persons may identify their interest and capability by responding within 15 days after the date of electronic publication of this synopsis. All responses must be provided no later than 1000 CST 25 July 2011. A determination not to compete the proposed procurement based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
