The Department of Defense (DoD) Healthcare Management System Modernization (DHMSM) Program takes great pleasure in releasing its responses to industry questions/comments submitted in response to Draft RFP #3. We addressed over 400 questions/comments submitted in response to Draft RFP #3 and in total have responded to over 1470 questions/comments in response to our iterative Draft RFP process. The DHMSM Questions and Answers (Q&A) Matrix for Draft RFP #3 encompasses all industry questions/comments and related answers posed prior to the established deadline, but, as with prior Q&A releases, does not include the name of the company that provided the input.
