The Detroit Job Corps Center, operated for the U.S. Department of Labor by Applied Technology Systems, Inc. (ATSI) is soliciting quotations for Clothing Purchase Allowance Services. Job Corps is a national training and employment program administered by the U.S. Department of Labor to address the multiple barriers to employment faced by disadvantaged youth.
