Description
The Broadcasting Board of Governors, Office of Contracts intends to award a sole source procurement to TNS for proprietary data gathering of mobile telephone technology. The proposed contract action is for supplies or services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate w/only one source under authority of FAR 6.302-1. Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. This notice is not a request for competitive bids. Award will be made using Simplified Acquisition Procedures.
