The Asheville Veterans Affairs Medical Center (VAMC) has a need for 2 each Rapid Disinfector Ultraviolet-C light systems which includes: PDA interface 4-challenge sensors 1-door safety sensor 360 degrees infrared motion detectors self-contained computer data capture system R-D IN_TRAK software & reporting system operating software all networking component & interfacing To include the following Pre-installation system configuration Software license agreement Training with facility specific disinfecting protocol Online data access reporting secure backup All interested parties should ensure their company is highly capable of delivering 2 Each Rapid Disinfector Ultraviolet-C light systems. This proposed contract is for an ultraviolet C-light disinfector system for which the government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR Part 6.302. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotes; however, interested parties may identify their skill and ability by sending capability statements in reference to this requirement no later than 12:00 p.m. Noon, EST, August 18, 2017 to:Â
