Notice of Government's Intent to Sole-Source Award to Maritime Tactical Systems Inc.

Space and naval Warfare Systems Center Pacific (SSC Pacific) hereby publicizes its intention to solicit, negotiate, and award a purchase order, inclusive of all subsequent required modifications, on a sole-source basis to Maritime Tactical Systems Inc. (Satellite Beach, FL). The requirement is to provide system engineering, development, and test support for the integration of the Man-Portable Tactical Autonomous System (MANTAS) USV controls into the Near-shore Unified Tactical Response (NUTR) command and control (C2) system. Be advised that the aforementioned information is anticipatory in nature and is not binding. This notice is not a request for competitive quote; however, any firm believing that they can fulfill the requirement of providing these services may be considered by the agency. Interested parties may identify their interest and capabilities in response to this synopsis, and must clearly show the firms ability to be responsive without compromising the quality, accuracy, and reliability of services provided. Capability statements, comments, questions or concerns regarding this notice may be submitted via e-mail ONLY to [email protected]. A determination by the Government not to compete the requirement based upon responses to this notice is solely within the decision of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
