In preparation for a future procurement, the Michael E. DeBakey VA Medical Center in Houston, Texas is performing market research to gain knowledge of potential qualified sources and their size classification (service disabled veteran owned small business, veteran owned small business, hub zone, 8(a), small disadvantage business, woman-owned, small business, or large business) relative to NAICS code 523120 Securities Brokerage. Company shall be able to provide the following service: Contractor shall act as a broker on behalf of the facility to purchase NOx Emissions Allowances as defined by the rules and regulations of TCEQ 30 TAC 117. Interested companies should submit an electronic statement outlining their company's capability and capacity to provide this service. Also, firms should provide their business size status in accordance with the small business administration website (www.sba.gov) for the above referenced NAICS code they fall within (i.e. small businesses, 8(a) firms, HUBZones, small disabled veteran owned businesses, etc.) This Sources sought is for informational purposes and all businesses able to provide this service are encouraged to submit information regardless of Business size.
