The Department of the Navy, Naval Information Warfare Center Pacific (NIWC Pacific) hereby publicizes its intention to solicit, negotiate, and award a Firm-Fixed-Price purchase order on a noncompetitive basis with ESRI, Inc. The requirement is for the purchase of the following: GIS7311 - ArcGIS GeoEvent Server (Linux) Up to Four Cores License, P/N: 160473 Manufacturer: ESRI, Inc. The government intends to award a Firm-Fixed-Price contract for one year. This procurement is for 4 EA - ESRI ArcGIS licenses which provides geospatial mapping and analytic capabilities including standard OGC and W3C interfaces for retrieving and manipulating web maps and features. The software supports the Commercial Joint Mapping Tool Kit (CJMTK) agreement with National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency (NGA). ACS has been mandated to utilize NGA to meet its geospatial service requirements. This notice of intent is NOT a request for quote. A determination by the government not to compete based upon responses to this notice is solely at the discretion of the government.
