Notice of Intent to Sole Source - Historical and Forecast Rent Price / Multifamily Economic Data Follow-On

Pursuant to Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 5.201(b) and 5.203(a), and in accordance with 41 U.S.C. § 1901(e)(2), FAR 13.501(a), Sole Source Justification Using Simplified Acquisition Procedures (SAP) for Certain Commercial Items, this notice serves as the Federal Housing Finance Agency's (FHFA's) notice of intent to negotiate on a sole source basis with the CBRE Group, Inc. (400 S. Hope Street, Floor 25, Los Angeles, CA, 90071-2800) for the continued acquisition of historical rent price data / multifamily economic data, Dodge add-ons, and other investment fundamentals data. This notice of intent is neither a request for quotations nor a solicitation for offers. It is a market research tool used to determine the availability of other qualified sources that can provide the aforementioned needed data services. Please review the attached document for further details. The Government will not pay for or reimburse any costs associated with responses to this notice.
