Address: 120 Kimball Avenue, Suite 100, South Burlington, VT. The requirement is for the equipment, maintenance, and upgrades services to Data Innovation Instrument Management Software. Data Innovations owns all intellectual property rights in the Instrumental Manager Software.The contract is expected to be awarded under FAR 6.302-1, Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services will Satisfy Agency Requirements. The period of performance shall be 4 months from June 1, 2015 through September 30, 2015. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit a capability Statement. THIS NOTICE OF INTENT IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE QUOTES.
