This Request for Quotation (RFQ) is being issued as a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested and a written RFQ is attached. This RFQ does not commit the government to pay any cost incurred in the submission of a quotation or to award a contract for these services. It is also noted that the Contracting Officer is the only individual who may legally commit the Government to the expenditure of public funds in connection with this procurement. Solicitation number DJD-16-Q-0142 is being issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). For a description of the supply items see attached solicitation package and supporting documentation.
