The Naval Air Systems Command intends to place a delivery order under Basic Ordering Agreement (BOA) N00019-03-G-0003 with Sikorsky Aircraft Corporation for the procurement of improved, redesigned E1 Engine White Harness kits. The purpose of this order is to procure up to 429 kits to retrofit H-60 in-service aircraft. This contract will be awarded on a sole-source basis to Sikorsky Aircraft Corporation who is the only known source with the knowledge, experience, and proprietary technical data required to perform this effort in a timely and cost effective manner.
