THIS OPPORTUNITY IS ONLY BEING OFFERED TO IDIQ HOLDERS AWARDED AS RESULT OF SOLICITATION 982109R207 MULTIPLE AWARD TASK ORDER CONTRACT (MATOC) ON THE WESTERN HALF OF THE UNITED STATES. The three companies who will be competing for this project are C3 LLC, CH2M HILL, and URS Group, Inc. Full and open solicitation 982109R207 was a two step acquisition under FAR 36.3 and FAR Part 15 and was awarded on December 9, 2009.This ARRA Project will consist of furnishing labor, equipment, materials, finished products and labor to construct a new 25 site campground at the Zapata Falls Recreation Area. The campground shall include gravel surfaced roadways consisting of a two way gravel surfaced access road, a one way tent loop and trailhead and entrance parking areas. The campground shall consist of individual graded sites with picnic tables, fire rings, food storage lockers, tent pads and marker posts.
