73 -- Full Food Service at Fort Meade, MD

Full Food Service. The contractor shall provide all labor, supervision, equipment, and services necessary to conduct full food operations at the Four Hats Dining Facility located at Fort George Meade, MD. All contractor personnel requiring use of any computer on the Air Force Network has as a minimum a farvorable National Agency Check. These facilities are dedicated to providing full meal service and meeting the nutritional needs of Department of Defense (DOD) personnel who frequent the facilities. This commercial acquisition will be accomplished in accordance with the procedures identified in FAR Parts 12 and 15. The Randolph-Sheppard Act applies to this acquisition. See the following guidance for further information: Code of Federal Regulations (CFR), Title 32, Part 260 – Vending Facility Program for the Blind on Air Force property. The applicable North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code is 722310. The period of performance will be for a one (1) year basic period with four (4) one-year option periods. The Government reserves the unilateral right to exercise any option periods. The closing date and time for submission of offers will be contained in the solicitation package. The solicitation, notices, and any/all amendments will be posted and available for viewing and downloading on the Government Electronic Posting System (EPS) site at www.fedbizopps.gov. No paper copies will be issued. When the solicitation is posted, it is incumbent upon the interested parties to review the aforementioned site regularly for any updates/amendments to any and all documents. All prospective offerors interested in submitting proposals must have a commercial and government entity code (CAGE Code) and be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) at www.ccr.gov. All responsible small business sources may submit a proposal, which shall be considered by the agency. This notice does not obligate the Government to award a contract, it does not restrict the Government’s ultimate approach, nor does it obligate the Government to pay for any proposal preparation costs.
