99 -- Non-perishable food & disposable papergood products

The Claremore Indian Hospital, Indian Health Service requires the pruchase and delivery of non-perishable food products and disposable papergood products for the Hospital Dietary Department under an Indefinite Deliver/Indefinite Quantity type contract during the period January 1, 2008 or date of award for a year period. The Request for Quote is a 100% small business set-aside request, all responsible contractor's may submit a response to this request.
