Part 12 of FAR will not be used. ALL manufacturing must be done in the United States from 100% U.S. products. The resultant award will have a twelve month base term and four, twelve month option terms. Production lead time is 120 days. There will be three monthly deliveries that are required starting 120 days after award to VSTN Peckham, MI facility. The ordering period will run for a base term of 425 days with four option terms of 365 days each after the receipt of the initial order. Two curtsey production samples (size 22) for both items will be required prior to award. The anticipated solicitation will post 15 days from the date of synopsize.
