The USACE, Vicksburg Consolidated Contracting Office, proposes to award a simplified acquisition for: The Contractor shall furnish and deliver all components needed to constr uct approximately 430 feet of steel backed timber guard railing. This is a SUPPLY ONLY acquisition and does NOT include installation. All guard rail components specified in Section 02317, Paras 2.1.1, 2.1.2 and 2.1.3, and applicable drawings, shall be fu rnished. The Contractor will not be responsible for providing flow-able fill nor its components under this contract. All components shall meet the requirements of the applicable portions of the attached drawings and specifications, Section 02317, Part 1 a nd Part 2.
