The following is changed to read as stated herein and made apart of the solicitation and any award therefore of: Change made per the Federal Business Opportunities Synopsis dated 25 Nov 2014 as follows: FROM: All bids shall be submitted through the ASFI located at https://acquisition.army.mil/asfi. FAXED, EMAILED or MAIL PACKAGED BIDS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED. All bids shall be submitted no later than the date and time specified for receipt (see Block 8 on the SF 1449 or the latest issued amendment). Award will be made to the lowest priced, responsive, responsible bidder.
