This is a combined synopsis/solicitatin for commercial itmes prepared IAW with the format in subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information incuded in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. A written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation is a request for quotations. This RFQ is issued under simplified acquisition procedures. This RFQ has 2 (two) line items. The items being procured for The Base Supply Officer at WPAFB are as follows: Quantitiy (450) One-Half (0.5) inch thick 4 foot X 8 foot Medium Density Fiber Board Sheets and Quantity (300) Three-Fourths (0.75)inch thick 4 foot X 8 foot Plywood BC Grade/Sanded one side. The size standard for this effort is 500 employees, NAICS: 321219 FSC: 5510 DELIVERY: Best possible FOB: Destination Payment terms: Net 30 days. Evaluation of Award will be based on overall BEST VALUE to the Government, Technical Capabilities, Price and Past Performance will also be evaluated.
