W912EE-06-T-0004 AMENDMENT 0001 Date of RFQ has been extended from 12 October 2005, NOON, to 13 October 2005, 2:00 p.m. The following Mobile Homes have been added to the RFQ as follows: 3 additional  Double-wide mobile homes, minimum 2-bedrooms, 1-bath, fully furnished. Minimum square footage = 1200, maximum length = 80 feet. Deliver and set-up to the following address: 15120 Country Barn Road, Gulfport, MS (Gulf Coast Mental Health) 1 additional  Double-wide mobile home, minimum 3-bedrooms 2-bath, fully furnished. Minimum square footage = 1440, maximum length = 80 feet. Deliver and set-up to the following address: 110 Industrial Park Drive, Poplarville, MS (Poplarville Fire Department) All units including these added under this Amendment must be equipped with duct work for air conditioning/heating and provide an electric forced air unit in size to adequately cool/heat living area. Delivery of ALL mobile homes shall be made within 48 hours of notification by Contracting Officer that site is ready to accept mobile home. Delivery could be as soon as 10/14/05 .
