R--Intent to Sole Source for New Mexico National Guard Media Advertising Services at High School Sporting Events.

The New Mexico National Guard, Santa Fe, New Mexico has a requirement for media advertising at High School sporting events for the Recruiting and Retention office The Government intends to award a sole source purchase order for this requirement in accordance with FAR 6.302-1. The awardee will be ProView Networks, LLC, a small business. Market research has shown that the New Mexico Activities Association has given ProView Networks exclusive video production and broadcast rights, and they have performed this service previously. This is not a request for proposal. However, companies that can provide an equal product must submit their specifications of their product, past performance information, price, and delivery time. This information will be reviewed by the Government representatives for consideration for future requirements.
