UPDATE 15 February 2018 For those vendors registered to attend the Rocky Mountain Cyberspace Symposium (RMCS 2018), Enterprise IT as a Service will host a 90-minute interactive session at the Broadmoor Hotel in Colorado Springs, CO. on 6 March 18 at 7:30 AM. The focus of this engagement will be on Command & Control (C2) and Security: • understanding the monitoring strategy • ability to create and maintain service models • track configuration management of a globally distributed enterprise class network • assign and execute maintenance, configuration changes, and patching (both manual and automated) in a timely and disciplined fashion • any additional information about the intelligent use of technology and process to efficiently operate and maintain a network of the scale described will be welcome Following the panel, 20-minute one-on-one sessions with selected vendors will be held on Tuesday and Wednesday (March 6 & 7). The purpose of these sessions will be to further discuss industry practices and recommendations for C2 and Security applicable to all Air Force IT systems, including business systems; command and control systems; combat systems; weapon systems; navigation systems; mechanical systems; and electrical systems. These individual sessions will not be marketing campaigns for vendors, but are intended to be interactive discussions about the I-Plan and topics specific to the USAF EITaaS effort. Priority for these sessions will be given to those vendors who have requested the I-Plan for review. If you have any questions for the EITaaS Panel, please submit with your request for one-on-one sessions. To request a one on one session, request must be submitted by 22 February 2018 and confirmation of the one on one will be provided by 1 March 2018.
