The NAVSUP Fleet Logistics Center, Norfolk intends to acquire DirectTV satellite service as a sole source action to be awarded to Integrio Technologies (Formerly Spectrum Systems) in support of the Joint Forces Staff College (JFCS) located in Northfolk, VA. Integrio is the only vendor that can provide satellite services that are compatible with the existing VBRICK IPTV system which satellite television must run through in order to broadcast video content order JFSC’S computers and desktops. The satellite services shall provide the following channels: 1. WTKR - CBS 2. WAVY - NBC 3. WVEC - ABC 4. WVBT - FOX 5. WHRO World 6. ESPN 7. ESPN 2 8. ESPNews 9. ESPN U 10. C-SPAN 2 11. The Military Channel 12. The History Channel 13. MSNBC 14. THE WEATHER CHANNEL 15. CNBC 16. CNN HEADLINE NEWS 17. CNN 18. FOX News 19. The Pentagon Channel (No charge to government) 20. Al Jazeera English 21. MHz Network 22. C-SPAN 1 The instant requirement is a follow on to contract N00189-17-P-Z050 which was awarded to Integrio Technologies as a sole source action. The current will expire 30 November 2017. NAVSUP FLCN’S intent is to issue a firm fixed priced contract. The Period of Performance is from 01 December 2017 to 30 November 2018 with four (4) one year options. The statutory authority permitting other than full and open competition is section 10 U.S.C. 2304 (c)(1) Only One Responsible Source and No other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements as implemented by FAR 6.302-1.
