The Department of Veterans Affairs, Network Contracting Office 9, hereby provides notice of its intent to award a sole-source, firm-fixed-price contract, for a base period of one year and four (4) option years, to PHILIPS HEALTHCARE, 22100 Bothell Everett Hwy., Bothell, WA 98021. The contract is expected to be awarded under FAR 6.302-1. The period of performance shall be a base year beginning 10/01/2019 through 09/30/2020 and 4 option years. These software and maintenance support services are required to maintain the Memphis VAMC Philips ISCV Server system including 24/7 Remote operations monitoring and support Software Break Fix in accordance with the manufacturers specifications. This procurement is being conducted in accordance with FAR Part 6.302-1 and 13.106-1(b) (2), soliciting from a single source. The NAICS code is 811219 and has a size standard of $22M for this procurement. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotes.
