The Mission and Installation Contracting Command (MICC) intends to procure Tents, to include Heating Ventilation and Air Conditioning Systems, Lights, Floors, Electrical Outlets and Power Generation to support National Training Center Rotation 11-06 at Fort Irwin, California 92310. The request for quotation (RFQ) number is W9124B-11-T-0019. This RFQ document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2006-012. This acquisition is set-aside 100% for Small Business and the NAICS Code is 532292, size standard $7.0 million. This requirement is firm-fixed price procurement and will be procured using commercial item procedures and award selection will be based on lowest price, technical acceptability, and past performance. A multiple award is contemplated.
