The entire solicitation is attached.. The proposed contract action is total set aside for small business concerns. The NAICS code for this procurement is 325110 and the business size standard for this requirement is 1000 employees. The government intends to issue a firm fixed price order for base year plus an option year. Base award commencing approximately July 1, 2016 to June 30, 2017.
