ARMY CONTRACTING COMMAND - WARREN (DTA) proposes to solicit, negotiate and award, a 100% Small Business Set-aside, 5-year Firm Fixed Price - Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract under the authority of FAR 16.504 for the following item: NSN: 4240-00-866-1825, Nomenclature: M19 Particulate Filter. NAICS Code: 333411, Unit of Issue: Each, Inspection: Source, Acceptance: Source, FOB Point: Destination, Level of Preservation: Military, Level of Packaging: B. The proposed action will result in a 5-year Firm Fixed Price, IDIQ Contract with a minimum guaranteed quantity of 2,774 each and a maximum allowable order quantity of 25,000 each. The release of solicitation W56HZV-10-R-0310 is anticipated within two to three weeks. CAUTION: This solicitation will be issued electronically as will any amendments thereto.
