23 -- National Automotive Parts Association (NAPA) BOA Sussessor

Solicitation number SPM7LX-08-R-0068 is a successor to the current Basic Ordering Agreement (BOA) with National Automotive Parts Association (NAPA) # SP0700-05-G-0004. The scope of this BOA will be parts available in the NAPA commercial catalog. The proposed solicitation is for a BOA as described in FAR 16.703, therefore it is not to be a contract and no supplies are to be purchased by the execution of any resulting agreement. Rather, the agreement is to be an understanding between DSCC and NAPA that they may enter into future contracts for commercial items under the terms of the resulting BOA.
