The Fleet and Industrial Supply Center (FISC) Norfolk, Contracting Department, Philadelphia Division intends to procure, on an other than full and open competitive basis, a permanent steel mold assembly. This mold which must be capable of producing a copper nickel alloy casting. The requirement shall be procured through the award of a sole source contract to The Centrifugal Casting Machine Company of Tulsa, OK. Interested parties may identify their interest and capability to respond to this requirement, but THIS NOTICE IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE PROPOSALS. However, the Government will consider all requests received within seven (7) days after the publication date of this notice. The Government will not pay for information received.
