RECOVERY: This synopsis is not a request for quotes or proposals. This is a pre-solicitation notice that a Request for Quotes is scheduled to be issued via GSA (www.gsaadvantage.gov) on or about 7/29/2009. This requirement is scheduled to be advertised via GSA E-Buy. The North American Industry Classification System code for this requirement is 321213, size standard: 500 employees. This opportunity will only be available to GSA Contractors who have accepted the conditions and reporting requirements of the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act (ARRA) and are eligible to fulfill ARRA orders. This announcement is for information and planning purposes only and is not to be construed as a commitment by the Government, implied or otherwise, to issue a solicitation or award a contract. Description of Requirement The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Walla Walla District, intends to purchase and receive delivery and installation of three removable shelters using funding from the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009. The removable shelters shall be delivered to the Natural Resources Office in Clarkston, Washington 99403.
