This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). 0001. Rubber Ballast Blocks, 11.5 inches high by 11.5 inches wide and 48 inches long with a plus or minus 0.5 inch tolerance, with center hole of 8 inches diameter bore through the center of the ballast.
