66--Gamma Ray Projector procurement

In accordance with FAR 6.302-1, Naval Sea Systems Command NAVSEA intends to award a contract on a sole source basis to QSA Global to procure Gamma Ray Projectors. QSA Global is the sole manufacturer for radiography training equipment. In accordance with Master Radioactive Material License (MRML) issued to the Navy by the NRC, QSA Global Gamma Ray Projectors are the only projectors authorized for use by the Navy (see numbered note 22)
