Bilirubin

The National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST), Organic Chemical Measurement Science Group within the Chemical Sciences Division is responsible for chemical measurements in a broad range of areas, including the development of reference materials to support accuracy and comparability of clinical laboratory assays for health status markers. Total bilirubin and direct bilirubin are commonly-measured species in blood samples by routine medical testing laboratories. Members of the clinical measurement community have relied on SRM 916a bilirubin to ensure their bilirubin measurement accuracy. The Contractor shall provide bilirubin in accordance with the statement of work, that meets all specifications identified in the combined synopsis/solicitation and statement of work.
