I checked with them and they are telling me the maintenance end date for your current system is 10/31/08. If you are intending to purchase HEAT Plus Knowledge in March 2008, we would charge you maintenance for April 1, 2008 through Oct. 31, 2008 (7 months). Please let me know if this is what you would like quoted. ANSWER NO. 1: Yes, that will be correct. The maintenance will be then from 1 Apr 2008 through 31 Oct 2008.
