Aug 1, 2018 NCO 23 Department of Veterans Affairs intends to sole source firm fixed price contract for Telespirometry Server and software upgrades to Vyaire under Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 6.302-1. This contract will provide continuity of mission essential ICU support services at VISN 23 and other locations. The VA requirements under this contract will include: Licensing Keys, Hardware, server upgrades and support for VISN wide sites The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) for this requirement is 334614 and the annual size standard is 1250 employees. This notice is published for informational purposes only and is NOT a request for competitive offers and a solicitation will not be issued, however, any firm that believes it can meet the requirements herein may submit a written response. All written responses must include a written narrative statement of capability, including detailed technical information demonstrating the company s ability to meet the requirements herein without disruption to the critical telespirometry services at VISN 23 locations.
