70--Intent to Award Sole Source

The United States Army Contracting Command, Aberdeen Proving Ground (ACC-APG), MD 21005, intends to award a (9) month Firm-Fixed-Price (FFP) contract on around about 25 August 2015 to Kratos Network in accordance with 10.USC 2304(c)(1) and FAR 6.302-1(c) and Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements, for Kratos NeuralStar Gold Annual Maintenance.
