THE US ARMY INTENDS TO AWARD A SOLE SOURCE CONTRACT FOR THE FOLLOWING: Xilinx Development Tools for Design, synthesis, and simulation of FPGA-Bawed compueter systems already designed which also equates to Xilinx annual technical support.
