Authority cited: Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 13.106-1 (b) (1) Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements. The proposed acquisition will result in a firm fixed price purchase order. The delivery location is White Sands Missile Range, NM 88001and the proposed terms are FOB destination.
