Mission and Installation Contracting Command - Fort Hood, TX intends to award a sole source purchase order to T-Metrics Inc, 4430 Stuart Andrew Boulevard, Charlotte, NC 28217, a small business, for the renewal of the existing T-Metrics Multi-Purpose Automated Call Distribution (ACD) platform hardware and software subscription service for Carl R Darnell Army Medical Center, Fort Hood, TX. This acquisition is conducted in accordance with FAR 13.106-1(b) (1) Soliciting from a Single Source. The Contracting Officer has determined that the circumstances of the contract action deem only one source reasonably available due to only one responsible source and no other service will satisfy agency requirements.
