The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Savannah District, intends to issue a Sole Source purchase to National Institute of Building Sciences (NIBS) to provide subscription service for access to ProjNET-RFI, ProjNET-BID and ProjNet-FILLER. The purchase will be made under the authority of FAR 6.302-1, only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. The subscription will be a firm fixed price contract for a twelve month period. The applicable NAICS code of this action is 511210, with a size standard of $25M.
