Mission and Installation Contracting Command, Fort Hood, TX intends to award a sole source purchase order to Systems Atlanta, Inc, 1100 Cobb International Place NW, Kennesaw, GA 30152, a small business, for Integrated Information Dissemination and Display System Model 5 (IDS5) for Air Traffic Control, Fort Hood, TX. This acquisition is conducted in accordance with FAR 13.106-1(b) (1) Soliciting From a Single Source. The Contracting Officer has determined that the circumstances of the contract action deem only one source reasonably available due to only one responsible source and no other service will satisfy agency requirements. The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) for this requirement is 511210- Software Publishers with a size standard of $25 million dollars.
